Movement – Not trying to compete with the young bodies at the gym I truly enjoy my easy home workouts. They’re not even really workouts, I just try to move during the day. Arm circles, squats, lunges while I vacuum, walk the dogs more. I do arm curls while I watch a tv show.

Food – Cleaned up my diet. Healthier oils, whole foods, and less processed sugars have helped immensely. I am not bloated, my joints feel better and things taste better.
